Job Description:

Responsible for the cleaning of vestibules, corridors, elevator cabs, stairs, public restrooms, vending area, break rooms, waiting areas, walkways, lobby areas and administrative areas to include private offices and open work spaces.  This position requires 4 hours/day and 5 days/week.

Additional responsibilities will include the following:

  • Remove trash containers with the area being cleaned and return to their initial location.
  • Wash the exterior of waste containers and receptacles each time trash is being removed.
  • Sweep/dust mop floors, stairways and entrance areas.
  • Mop floors/Wax floors.
  • Glass Cleaning.
  • Dusting of areas.
  • Clean drinking fountains, concession areas, air conditioning and heating register.
  • Clean and supply restrooms.
  • Polish furniture.
  • Additional duties as required.

Experience and Skills:

High school graduate or GED.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a position as described below performing work commercially, preferably for Government contractor.

Ability to obtain a CAC Card.

Good verbal communication skills.
